Living with ADHD while juggling life on the road (or even just day-to-day life) can feel like a constant swirl of thoughts, ideas, and forgotten tasks. I created the ADHD Life Hub, a calming, dopamine-friendly Notion template, to help organize my chaos — and now I’m sharing it with you.


✨ What Is the ADHD Life Hub?

I became fed up with never getting anything finished, forgetting important things that I was supposed to do, daydreaming about some irrelevant matter instead of getting on with my work, procrastinating over every task…I would get angry and frustated at myself for my lack of routine and my lack of motivation. The worst feeling is when you go to bed at the end of the day and you start remembering all the things that you should’ve done that day and yet you havent accomplished any of those things. I would make to do lists and become overwhelmed because the lists just seemed to grow in size.

I decided to try to create something that would help me to organize myself, help me to focus and also make some type of daily routine so I could finally start ticking off my to-do lists

The ADHD Life Hub is a digital dashboard built in Notion (a free app you can use on your phone or computer) designed for neurodivergent brains that hate clutter and crave structure. It is a way to get through daily tasks and general life without becoming overwhelmed. By using this organizer I have eventually managed to create order within my mind’s disorder.

After trying different planners and organizers, I would end up getting bored with them and trying another one. I found it hard to stick to anything. So this organizer has been created with all this in mind, I have taken ideas that have helped me and put them all together to make a complete ADHD Life Hub. I know there are lots of people out there who have the same difficulties as me on a daily basis and I hope that this organizer will help others in my shoes.

Think of it as your gentle digital companion that won’t shame you for not checking every box.

💛 Why I Made It

I was tired of productivity tools that made me feel worse when I didn’t keep up, organizers and planners that I didn’t even finish filling in. I needed something soft, flexible, and built for how my brain actually works — not how I wish it worked. The ADHD Life Hub grew from my personal system, and now it’s available for you too. I really hopes that it can help other people who struggle with these annoying parts of ADHD. By using my Life Hub and mindfulness methods that I mention in other posts and only natural herbal remedies, I have been able to ease myself away from prescription medicines and deal with my ADHD and Borderline Personality Disorder symptoms for a stress-free life on the road.
